Prospect Solutions Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Prospect Solutions Limited (\u201cProspect Solutions<\/strong>\u201c, \u201cwe<\/strong>\u201c, \u201cus<\/strong>\u201c, \u201cour<\/strong>\u201c) is a provider of sales and marketing solutions (the \u201cServices<\/strong>\u201c).\u00a0 In providing the Services, we contact businesses in relation to the goods and services in which they may be interested.\u00a0This Privacy Policy sets out the data processing practices carried out through the operation of our Services and the use of our website.<\/p>\n

The information we collect about individuals is always business related information \u2013 such as name, contact details and role.\u00a0This information is either provided to us directly by the business, provided to us from our customers, or collected by us from third parties.<\/p>\n

We collect information from visitors to this website through the use of online forms and contact us webpages. We collect your details when you email us with an enquiry.<\/p>\n

Where does the data come from?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The data we process is obtained from several sources. These include yourself, our clients and GDPR compliant data providers.<\/p>\n

We use data to carry out direct B2B marketing, sales and research. The lawful basis we use for this processing is \u201cLegitimate Interest\u201d in accordance with recital 47 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n

The ICO recommend that companies using this basis conduct a \u201cLegitimate Interests Assessment\u201d (LIA) and we have done this. Prospect Solutions complies in full with the TPS and CTPS to prevent unwanted sales and marketing calls and maintains its own company \u201cDo not Call list\u201d in line with Ofcom regulations.<\/p>\n

Please note that your information may be used to send you details of those products or services that we (or our customers) offer that we have identified as likely to be of interest to you.<\/p>\n

At the completion of any campaigns on behalf of our customers, we will pass the contact details to such customers of those whose businesses are interested in the goods and services offered through the campaign.<\/p>\n

You will always have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing from us and we will always ensure that we screen any databases against the Corporate Telephone Preference Service prior to contacting businesses.<\/p>\n
